"I knew I was on borrowed time with my fourteen-year-old heat pumps when I called Advanced Air for a service call. Jim responded the same day and, after an initial diagnosis, discussed my options with me in detail. We talked about the likely road ahead if I chose to try to keep my old dinosaurs running, and we discussed various replacement options. Jim made sure I understood the whats, whys, and hows, and how much of every option. I can't imagine Jim has ever been accused of under-explaining anything. In the end I chose phased replacement - the downstairs now, and the upstairs next year - to space out the costs. Jim changed some components in the upstairs system to help it last another year. I was pleased with the price, the workmanship, and the equipment itself, but I imagine most firms will score well in those areas. I think the thing that probably sets Advanced Air apart is the time they take to ensure every customer is an informed customer."

"They were wonderful. They were quick and very efficient. We didn't have to do anything, and they took care of the warranty with the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent the new piece and they put it on in a day or two. We didn't pay anything because the unit was still under warranty. They bent over backwards to fix the unit because it was a defective piece. They gave quick service and left everything clean. It was very good service. They took care of everything and made it much easier. Their prices are good. They were here on time and they were here early in the morning."
