We also have used Advanced Air for other projects and maintenance as well. Jimmy always responds quickly if we have any issues or questions. Our air conditioner stopped working during one of the hottest days of the summer, and Advanced Air Services came through when we needed them most. Jimmy and Shawn arrived on time, explained the issue in a way we could understand, and had the system repaired much faster than we expected. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and never tried to upsell us on anything we didn't need. It's refreshing to find a company that's honest, reliable, and truly cares about its customers. "I knew I was on borrowed time with my fourteen year old heat pumps when I called Advanced Air for a service call. Jim responded the same day and, after an initial diagnosis, discussed my options with me in detail. We talked about the likely road ahead if I chose to try to keep my old dinosaurs running, and we discussed various replacement options. Jim made sure I understood the whats, whys, and hows, and how much of every option. can't imagine Jim has ever been accused of underexplaining anything. In the end I chose phased replacement - the downstairs now, and the upstairs next year - to space out the costs. Jim changed some components in the upstairs system to help it last another year. I was pleased with the price, the workmanship, and the equipment itself, but I imagine most firms will score well in those areas. I think the thing that probably sets Advanced Air apart is the time they take to ensure every customer is an informed customer. "

"Fantastic service, excellent product and incredibly fair pricing! AAS was quick to respond to our inquiry for a quote and was very accommodating of our schedule. They explained all of our options and even saved us from possibly getting two units (for a small townhouse where the 3rd floor is so hot) by simply offering a portable thermostat! Our old unit was 8 or 10 seer, but the new is 14 seer and so much more efficient and productive that we didn't need the portable thermostat. We are extremely happy with our new unit, the service and the pricing. We highly recommend AAS! Honest people at this company! "

"They were wonderful. They were quick and very efficient. We didn't have to do anything, and they took care of the warranty with the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent the new piece and they put it on in a day or two. We didn't pay anything because the unit was still under warranty. They bent over backwards to fix the unit because it was a defective piece. They gave quick service and left everything clean. It was very good service. They took care of everything and made it much easier. Their prices are good. They were here on time and they were here early in the morning."
