Jim responded the same day and, after an initial diagnosis, discussed my options with me in detail. We talked about the likely road ahead if I chose to try to keep my old dinosaurs running, and we discussed various replacement options. Jim made sure I understood the whats, whys, and hows, and how much of every option. can't imagine Jim has ever been accused of underexplaining anything. In the end I chose phased replacement - the downstairs now, and the upstairs next year - to space out the costs. Jim changed some components in the upstairs system to help it last another year. I was pleased with the price, the workmanship, and the equipment itself, but I imagine most firms will score well in those areas. I think the thing that probably sets Advanced Air apart is the time they take to ensure every customer is an informed customer. "
